We accept Mastercard, Visa, Yahoo!Wallet and PayDirect.
All online transactions will be encrypted and handled securely.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
To expedite shipping, make shipping address the same as billing address of credit card. To avoid fraud,
orders with different shipping address as billing address will be place on hold until it is cleared
with the credit card company. We reserve the right to refuse your order if your shipping address does not
match your billig address.
Domestic US:
- Our shipping charges start from as low as $4.95.
- Higher shipping charges are applied depending on total shipping weight and location.
- Most order will be ship via UPS ground.
- Some orders may occassionally be ship
via USPS Fast priority.
- Some items will have "$4.95 flat for any volume on this particular item." and "$7.00 flat for any volume on this particular item."
in their shipping info section. This means that regardless of volume you will be charged a flat rate on
those item. For instance, if you ordered two different items and both have the $4.95 flat rate, you will only be charged $4.95.
Items that do not have those flat rate designation will be charged based on weight.
Shipping Schedule:
- Orders for in stock items placed
before 8 pm Eastern Standard Time (or
5 pm Pacific Standard Time) will ship
the same day.
- Software and Beyond does not ship on
Saturdays, Sundays, or National holidays.
Out of Stock Items:
- Usually, when an item is out of stock, we will remove the "Add to Order" button
so that you can not place the order.
- In the event you place an order on an "out of stock" item before we had time to update our database,
we will notify you via email or phone to let you know that it is "out of stock". We will then
cancel your order; and your credit card will not be charged.
Lost Shipments:
In the unfortunate event that one of your orders is lost, a Software and Beyond customer service representative will quickly research your order and replace it, if necessary. Lost shipments must be reported within 30 days of the invoice date.
